Pre-Conference (1-4 PM)
Introduction to the behavior side of the MTSS framework: The afternoon will be introducing the Core Behavior Assessment Tool which assesses the readiness of a school's core behavior structures. Participants will leave Day 1 with the capacity to successfully teach, determine, and implement core systems and the knowledge of how to begin implementing those structures with fidelity.
Main Conference (8 AM-4 PM)
Interpreting Core Behavior Assessment Tool data: The day will be spent interpreting the results, and then moving beyond core systems into Tier 2 and Tier 3 supports. Participants will develop a deeper understanding of appropriate data collection for BIPs and FBAs, and in turn how to develop supplemental and intensive interventions for students.
Main Conference (8 AM - 12 PM) & Post Conference (1-4 PM)
Operationalizing results from the Core Behavior Assessment Tool: The conference will conclude with developing a process for moving beyond paper implementation to a robust, actionable program of practice.
